The drum is firmly supported by cross-braced multi-groove belts. The drum washer features a water tank where potatoes gently descend. Inside the drum is a gentle spiral that ensures the even movement of potatoes within the drum. The spiral also prevents potatoes from floating through directly and ensures quick emptying. The drum washer is highly water-efficient, optimizing water use during the washing phase with a recycling pump. The infinitely variable speed control of the drum is adjusted to suit the input product.
