Sectioning machine comes in two basic models! Both feature a simple design, making it easy to maintain high hygiene standards. Both machines are also very easy to service! The splitting machines can divide products into either 4 or 6 pieces.

In the sectioning machine, the product is manually placed onto the blades, after which the machine is activated with a two-handed trigger. The machine then pushes the product through the blades, allowing the split products to be moved on for further processing. In contrast, the block splitter cuts the product on a table, and the product is manually transferred to the next stage of processing.

The sectioning machines can be used to cut watermelons, rutabagas, kohlrabi, and other larger vegetables.
