The brush machine is a minimum requirement for selling unwashed potatoes and is also extremely useful for dirty products. It cleans debris and other dirt, preventing contaminants from reaching the washer. Soil and debris are easier to remove from dry products, which also extends the cleaning intervals of the washer.

The upper brush of the machine is guided by chains, ensuring the desired handling result and automatic emptying of the machine. The adjustment range allows for a choice between effective brushing and light brushing. The machine can be integrated with other production line equipment or used independently.

Single-motor version: Chain drive, equipped with a variable speed control

Multi-motor version: Quiet, low maintenance, more precise brushing results, with speed variations between rollers to increase efficiency when needed
